This phase entails general spatial layout and programmatic planning. Work with owner to develop program for space/property.

Provide a schematic digital presentation which incorporates any client provided revisions during the concept design phase.
This presentation would include: plans, reflected ceiling design intent, elevations, material selections, finish selections, fabric palette, and key FF&E/decorative lighting design intent.
Provide a virtual or on-site digital presentation to obtain initial comments and/or approvals.
Upon approval of prior schematic design phase by client and/or brand, designer shall commence the design through design development phase.
