Upon the approved design development phase, designer shall further refine and finalize all interior design schemes and further develop finish material and specifications.
Designer shall provide contract documents in accordance with industry standards for bidding and construction purposes. Documentation shall convey interior design intent only, not means and methods of construction.
Designer to provide door design intent and coordinate with architect. Documentation to include millwork design and detailing.
Schedules to be provided include: Schedule of materials | Decorative hardware | Plumbing fixtures | Bath accessories
