Upon approval of prior schematic design phase by client and/or brand, designer shall commence the design through design development phase.
Drawings to include plans, elevations, design intent sections, and RCP design (not inclusive of architectural lighting).
Provide a digital presentation in loose format that would include: plans, reflected ceiling design intent, elevations, material & finish selections, and design direction for millwork, decorative hardware, & doors.
Loose presentation of all finishes and fabrics to be presented to owner and/or for approval
